Fly-tipping in Old Ferry Drive

I confronted the person, he denied it was his washing machine, said he had come across it in the road and was pushing it off because it was blocking the road. The activity was behind his vehicle so wasnt blocking the road, and he drove away at dangerous speed to avoid being confronted.
