South Hook LNG service road- possibly owned by Milford Haven Port Authority. 5x binbags blocking waterway/gutter along west side of road. Carpet found further south towards Gelliswick, in the same gutter. What three words: \\\rated.allies.activity

There is an every increasing amount of rubbish being dumped along this road, including children's toys, clothes and broken furniture.
It is not being cleared by the land owner.
