Fly-tipping in Highfield Road

Neighbour at 43 Crownhill Road has moved all his bags of rubbish to the rear public alleyway in bags and loose - garden waste, building waste from work he is undertaking and an old metal BBQ. Video shows him throwing rubbish over his back fence.
