Fly-tipping in Edward Close

Reported in August but still ‘in progress’, continuing and worsening. Waste (garden, mesh, metal and plastic) has been dumped at the back of 12 Edward Close and at16 Edward Close, over a fence which borders the Tarleton bypass, by a gardener.
