Fly-tipping in Bicker Road

This is a public footpath behind terraced houses numbers 2-6 Bicker Road . Donington. Linc's. This part of the public footpath is always blocked with rubbish. Disabled people in number 12 could not pass this way with mobility scooter if need be.
