Fly-tipping in Top Road

Dead German shepherd dog. Lay in the ditch, so can't be seen from the road. Was spotted when litter picking on the lane. It's the ditch on the road next door to The Paddocks traveller site, as seen on attached photo. Desperately needs removing.
