Fly-tipping in Philip Gardens
Fly tip bag in ditch adjacent to layby. Four bags of collected litter from badly littered layby. Too dirty to remove in my car. Area still needs some attention but significantly better than it was.

Disappointed that 2 working days after report submitted, the bags of litter are still waiting collection. The St Neots refuse centre is only 5 minutes drive away. If the contents of the bags were not so disgusting I would put in my car & take myself. Come on HDC - I’ve cleared up the mess (or most of it), all you have to do is collect it.
