Fly-tipping in Lumb Lane

An abandoned motor scooter is lodged in the stream at the lowest end of Molly Carr Wood (the entrance closest to Bankfoot Lane). It is in poor condition, and needs removing please. I am concerned about its battery contaminating the stream water.
