Fly-tipping in A47

A47 westbound as you exit Peterborough. Last lay-by before the Sutton/ Upton roundabout known as Castor bypass. Several bags of general rubbish dumped on on the lay-by verge. All spilling out in to lay-by. Cleaned by volunteers recently too.
