Fly-tipping in Gwydor Road

At 2.45pm on 28/3/24, I noticed a man carrying something and dumping the item on the recycling area at Shaftesbury House, 25, Gwydor Road. I was able to see where he came from through the window, it turned out be opposite, 18, Gwydor Road.
