Fly-tipping in Ayrshire Road

This has been there over a year now and landowner probably tge housing developer has not cleared it , it’s being added to daily and now two fences down have been bashed and more wood added next to this gap . This is a walkers area and is dangerous to local wildlife . The top is next door 1 minute probably came when dark . The owner needs to address this by securing fencing again risk to local water corse too . Winchester council don’t want know disgusting service .
