Fly-tipping in Esk Drive

Kim Corcoran 28 flat 1/2 Esk Dr has dumped her rubbish on the street. The bags have now been burst open by seagulls etc resulting in the contents, nappies, bottles and take away containers being strewn across the pavement and road.
