Fly-tipping in Unnamed Road

We have received the following message from the Local Authority: Thank you for your email. Unfortunately the fly tipping you reported was not at “Unnamed road in Treharris” as stated but on an area of common land near Fochriw. As this is not Council owned land we are unable to collect this waste.
