Fly-tipping in Strand

At 3.15 on Friday July 12th, the proprietor of the Sundowners cafe dumped a black sack of waste on the grassed area of the Strand in front of The Crusty Cob bakery and Bayleaf cafe bar, they have 3 large blue waste bins on Manchester Road.
