Fly-tipping in Linn Street

Someone keeps dumping rubbish in the alleyway behind 23 linn street. Reported rubbish months ago but manchester city council are not doing their job properly!!! Carrier bags of unknown stuff. I cannot get to the hedge trimming with all the rubbish
