Hi , just an added note that I informed Fareham council on 17july 2019 and several times since and all I’m told is they are building a case ,in the meantime we have had five more loads tipped . Also all relevant information has been given to the Fareham fly tipping officer ,names of who’s rubbish it is and the perpetrators name and mobile number
