Fly-tipping in Acacia Road

9 Acacia Rd vacant for some time now. Owner contacted MANY times via Goodfellows and via Merton Council. Will not respond! Rubbish spilled out across the footpath and had to be pushed back in by members of the public. Health/safety hazard!
