Fly-tipping in Galston Street

This was reported to Cardiff council on Monday October 28th. Nothing has been done . I have also made a complaint to the local adamsdown councillors. This is a recurrent problem on this street This is a well known hot spot for dumping that the council are well aware off,- but rather than act proactively they let the rubbish build up, and seem content to wait until some reports it.
