Fly-tipping in Pods Lane

Five black bags of rubbish dumped in the ditch near the usual pull in area. About 30 metres from lay-by walking towards Dunmow Road. On right hand side where several bags were dumped a few weeks ago. Perhaps a covert camera is called for.
