Fly-tipping in Primrose Drive

Vehicle registration is OE51 NXT. It has not had an MOT since 2020 and has clearly not moved in a very long time as mould growing on it. Reported previously parked in another car park. (WILL SOMEONE TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS AND GET IT REMOVED)
