Fly-tipping in Ashfields

Rubbish been left unbagged since Monday, collection day Friday. Understandable the rubbish men did not collect as not bagged. The culprit is 111 Tyfields as shown in picture. This is a regular occurrence from the houses 97-111 Tyfields.
