Fly-tipping in Carnarvon Street

Overspilling bins which have not been collected at last 2 collections. Green bin filled with wrong rubbish. Furniture on footpath. Furniture and rubbish in front of house for now 4 weeks and no signs that will be removed. Aggressive resident.
