Fly-tipping in Cobnut Close

Rubble and stones in the hedgerow. Looks as though the groundwork contractor has graded the soil for turfing the area around the new car parking area in the new development at Haviland Park (Cobnut Close) and just thrown the rubble into the hedgerow.
