Fly-tipping in Unnamed Road

Three bags. 1 general litter. 2 fly-tipping pulled out of the ditch. I did have to re bag one flytip. Full of clothes and other rubbish covered in human faeces. Not nice. Tried to report to Wiltshire Council but not sure it got through .
