Fly-tipping in Dundridge Lane

Fly tipping reported on 03/05/2025, looks identical waste dumped in the privately owned field 10 metres away around 25/01/2025 as per the photo provided. This waste was observed to have been moved from the field a couple of days ago. Coincidence?
