Fly-tipping in Haselbury Road

Rug dumped outside 97 Haselbury Road as well as some boxes (most likely dumped by the people living at 97) Been there 2 weeks and is blocking the pavement. I saw a wheelchair user struggle to get past it 2 days ago.
