Fly-tipping in Saint Huberts Street

Neighbour saw rubble being tipped outside my back wall last night. The alley is filled with rubbish - tyres, white goods, a billiards table top, bags of bottles, carpets, plastics, bricks. It is a disgrace, it smells and we have a lot of rats.
