Fly-tipping in London Road

Overflowing bins AGAIN! Litter all over the layby and blowing along the road so needs to be cleared up all along the road and verge Bags & sacks of rubbish flytipped next to the bins AGAIN! These bins need to be emptied MUCH more regularly
