Fly-tipping in Basingstoke Road

There seems to be 2 porta loos that have been dumped on the A33. 1 is near to the Blackwood turning on opposite side of road going towards Winchester. The 2nd is just past the Micheldever woods turning. No pics as impossible to get whilst driving.
