Fly-tipping in Artillery Terrace

Sofa dumped down the ally between 1 Artillery Terrace and the HMO on the corner of Cobwell and Albert Road. Sofa was dumped by kids at the HMO on Thursday the 21st reported it to them and they've done nothing.
