Waste household rubbish in bags - bags are now split and contents stink with flies all over This is bottom of Blackshaw lane off Deane road along with my other reports. The other waste appears to have letters with postal address

Bolton Metropolitan Borough Council have been notified

Still here 20th May with bin liners split, brown muck coming out of them and flies everywhere - health risk with so many kids and people walking this way
