Fly-tipping in Sandringham Road

So this mattress and sofa has been left outside the back doors of no 2 and no 3 Sandringham road Sr6 9qz. No idea who has put them there. I asked at Mario's pizza if they gave cctv at the back. Unfortunately they dont. Please help.
