Fly-tipping in Fountains Garth

Euro pallets left against the brick wall by the garages. No 34 disposed them there for the past 2 weeks. Also, there lots of cardboard boxes and building materials on the grass verge all belonging to No30. Have been there for a good 3 weeks.
