Jnc Sandford rd With Westdale Lane:Rug/blanket full of plaster wallpaper dumped at side of the tree near the junction at end of sandford road. 'Leaking out' onto pavement. Sorry for pic, not going out there to take pic - rubbish is obviuous to see
