Fly-tipping in Avery Way

On land of Haven/Bourne leisure. Accessed from footpath at corner of Pilot Pub car park. Mixture of household black bags,fridges&any other unwanted items the park maintenance dump.Infested with rats and allowed to blow around neighbouring properties.
