Fly-tipping in Hartley Bottom Road

Garden and builders rubbish. Rubbish is constantly being dumped on this corner and all the way along Hartley Bottom Road, I suggest some CCTV cameras be installed. If KCC want to provide them I'm happy to change batteries and collect the data
