Fly-tipping in Foster Drive

Occupier of 37 Oaktree Drive pruned bush/tree of Peel Houses without knowledge of owner. Branches moved to the border of owner of 1 Foster Drives fence. Owner of Peel Houses without knowledge was not aware of any cutting/pruning going on.
