Fly-tipping in Sheepcote Street

Bin has been dumped by a person from the HMO behind Zara, attracting rats, more rubbish & used as a toilet by the homeless & people on nights out. Parents shouldnt have to cover their kids eyes so they do not see a man evacuating their bowls!
