Fly-tipping in Woodside Avenue

A man driving a silver Ford reg FG07 FAF has been fly tipping chicken carcasses in this area. I have seen him get out of his car and throw a plastic bag containing a chicken carcass into the verge, and found another carcass again today on the grass
