Fly-tipping in Anstable Road

Abandoned dirty tatty horse box left mostly on the pavement. This is causing a hazard for nearby elderly residents who use wheelchairs and mobility scooters as they pass it. Situation made worse as its left on a bend with blind junction meters away.
