13th May, someone decide to dump 17 used tyres on our land at Manor House Avenue, Millbrook. We caught the whole event on cctv. Between 19.56 - 20.01 Registration number BV03 ESY Vauxhall Zafira Dark Red Man aged around 60 of large build.
