Fly-tipping in Unnamed Road

Council may be aware but 13 bags of something in forest and obvious when u drive down the road on ur way to the Only open tea hut from the roundaboutb. That lead a u down to Loughton. Sadly the autolocate thing tried to put me in the wrong place!
