Fly-tipping in Haselbury Road

Corner of Henley and Haselbury road. Household waste, toys and signs of street drinking (saw drunk people on the corner last night). This corner needs signs and CCTV as it's getting stupid now. Also reopen the dumps. Redbridge dumps are open!
