Over 200 used Tyres dumped in 2 laybys and along 1/4 mile of Penprys Road overnight around 3 June 2000

Carmarthenshire County Council have been notified

This is the first time that I’ve tried the ClearWaste app and I’m really impressed. Many thanks to the founder Martin, and to Carms Council for their rapid response in removing the waste. Hope we can catch the culprits and stop their antisocial behaviour.
