Fly-tipping in Swinburn Street

This is on Gilmour Terrace at the side on Swinburn street on the pavement it's being added to daily today at 14.25 2 children from a car with the registration number KY56 UTT put some more rubbish out I asked if they had it reported to be picked up they walked to the car and the adult in the car drove off I dont think the whole of the rubbish is theres but it shouldn't be being added too
