I having trouble with youths and other people dumping and throwing their rubbish in the silkham road and Barnet’s shaw area they are continuously throwing rubbish in this area is it possible to put litter bins round this area and put a find poster up so they have to pay a fine every time they dump or throw their rubbish thank you
