Fly-tipping in Guildford Park Avenue

Reported once before. ZERO response from Guildford Council. There is dumped asbestos there. Rats are evident. People cannot use their garages and the council doesn’t allow you to park IF YOU HAVE A GARAGE. It needs fixing.
