First reported a couple of weeks ago, still hadn't been cleared as of 20th March.

Large industrial load cover/sheet that has blown off an unsecure load is on the verge near this lay-by on the eastbound carriageway of the A14. Cannot be missed and needs collecting please.

No idea what the second flytip is, looks very strange and possibly could be toxic to the environment.
Both flytips are in the Lay-by on the Northbound carriageway of the A1 (before turn off to Easton on the Hill).

The waste is mainly old tyres, rigid plastic, building/garden waste and white goods. From the top of Bevis Lane head easterly and is on both sides of the carriage way all the way to the Old Pumping Station at the junction with Rummers Lane.
