Dumped at the rear of Paul's Plaice Fish & Chip shop. Grey Merc M Class reg- R10 TPP
He was challenged and refused to take the waste away, and drove off. Evidence in the waste. The only bins here are private commercial bins.

New wooden fencing (or shed) off cuts, bricks, saw blade, plastic wrapping. Over Motorway Bridge opposite School. Through entrance over cattle grid. First grass track on right hand side. Dumped by vehicle but not sure how they got there!
