Dog walking today. Found that large amount of flytip bags had be spread over the area. One area of flytipping that I had previously reported but never removed.
So I have bagged it all up and left it in a very easy place to collect.

Unbelievable shocking fly tipping. Food waste and general Rubish. Whole ditch is full of broken bags and waste scattered.
Have litter picked superficial litter. But wilts council need to cleat

Debris from contractors after tree cutting. Public foot path now almost impassable the whole length of Caen hill. Too dangerous for pedestrians as you have to step into the road. Wiltshire Council repeatedly informed.
